A skilled workforce is key to providing quality early years provision and at Abbotskerswell Preschool we have a fantastic staff team. Each person brings their own skills and qualities which results in a lovely blend of care and learning opportunities for young children.
They have created a rich and stimulating environment that allows children to choose their own play activities. They have a deep understanding of child development which results in sensitive interactions that guide children's learning in a playful way. They understand how important the early years are and the difference that they can make through their high quality interactions.
Each member of staff is fully qualified, experienced and brimming with ways to provide the best possible care and education for young children so that they may benefit from the best start in life.
